3. Appointments

Appointments are scheduled based on availability.

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate contact information.

• Being available at the scheduled appointment time.

• Having all required documents ready.

• Presenting acceptable identification when required by law.

Late arrivals may require rescheduling.

4. Fees & Payment

Service fees are listed on our published price list or quoted before services are performed.

Additional charges may apply for:

• Travel outside standard service areas

• After-hours appointments

• Holiday appointments

• Extended appointment times

• Additional documents or services

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made.

5. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept:

• Cash

• Major credit cards

• Major debit cards

• Other payment methods offered through Square

Credit and debit card payments may be subject to applicable processing fees as disclosed before payment.

6. Travel Fees

Mobile services include a travel fee based on distance, travel time, and appointment location.

Travel fees are separate from notarial fees and are disclosed before appointment confirmation.

7. Cancellation Policy

Clients should notify TG Legacy Services as soon as possible if an appointment must be canceled or rescheduled.

If travel has already begun, travel fees may still apply.

8. Identification Requirements

Notarial services require identification that complies with Missouri law.

Failure to provide acceptable identification may result in refusal of service.

9. No Legal Advice

TG Legacy Services is not a law firm.

We do not:

• Provide legal advice

• Interpret legal documents

• Recommend legal forms

• Prepare legal documents unless otherwise authorized by law

Clients seeking legal advice should consult a licensed attorney.

10. Remote Online Notarization (RON)

RON services are performed in accordance with Missouri law.

Additional identity verification, credential analysis, and technology requirements may apply before a remote notarization can be completed.
