We believe professional service begins with transparent pricing. Our fees are clearly outlined so you'll know what to expect before your appointment. Whether you need a standard notarization, Remote Online Notarization (RON), I-9 Employment Verification, or Field Inspection Services, TG Legacy Services is committed to fair, straightforward pricing with no hidden surprises. 

Travel Fee Notice

Because we provide mobile services, travel fees are based on the appointment location, travel distance, and time required. Travel fees are separate from Missouri notarial fees and will always be discussed before your appointment is confirmed. 

Appointment Policies

We understand schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Travel fees may also apply if the notary has already departed for the appointment location.
