Refund, Cancellation & Appointment Policy

Thank you for choosing TG Legacy Services LLC. We value your time and are committed to providing reliable, professional mobile notary, remote online notarization, I-9 employment verification, field inspection, and related products and services.

Because appointments require dedicated time, scheduling, and, for mobile services, travel to your location, the following policy applies to all appointments and services.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without penalty.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.

Same-day cancellations and no-shows are also subject to the $25 cancellation fee, in addition to any applicable mobile travel fee.

Rescheduling is subject to availability. A cancellation fee may apply when a customer chooses to cancel rather than reschedule.

Cancellation Fee

A $25 cancellation fee applies when:

• An appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

• An appointment is canceled on the same day.

• A customer fails to appear or is unavailable for the scheduled appointment.

• A customer requests to cancel after the appointment has entered the applicable cancellation period.

The $25 cancellation fee is separate from and in addition to any applicable mobile travel fee.

Mobile Travel Fees

Mobile travel fees compensate TG Legacy Services LLC for the time and expense associated with traveling to the customer's requested location.

Once the notary or service provider has departed for the appointment, the mobile travel fee is nonrefundable, including when:

• The customer cancels the appointment.

• The customer is unavailable or does not answer upon arrival.

• The customer is not prepared to proceed with the service.

• Required identification, documents, witnesses, or other necessary requirements are unavailable.

• The notarization or service cannot legally or professionally be completed.

No-Show Policy

A customer is considered a no-show if they are unavailable or unable to begin the scheduled appointment within 15 minutes of the appointment time without prior communication.

No-shows are subject to the $25 cancellation fee and, when applicable, the nonrefundable mobile travel fee.

Refunds

Fees for services that have already been completed are nonrefundable.

Cancellation fees and mobile travel fees are nonrefundable once they have been properly incurred under this policy.

Unable to Complete a Notarization

TG Legacy Services LLC reserves the right to decline or stop a notarization when required by Missouri law, applicable notarial requirements, professional standards, safety concerns, or circumstances that prevent the notarization from being legally completed.

Examples may include insufficient or unacceptable identification, incomplete documents, missing required witnesses, concerns regarding willingness or awareness, or other circumstances that prevent the notary from lawfully performing the notarization.

Payment does not guarantee that a document will be notarized if the legal requirements for notarization are not met.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate appointment information and ensuring that they have all required documents, identification, witnesses, and other necessary materials available at the scheduled appointment time.

TG Legacy Services LLC is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or incomplete services resulting from circumstances within the customer's control.

Agreement to Policy

By scheduling an appointment or purchasing products or services from TG Legacy Services LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this Refund, Cancellation & Appointment Policy.
